After posting the Vampire Intervention video the other day I was wary of posting yet another video that pokes fun at Twilight and/or one of it’s stars, but after watching this fake Kristen Stewart explain Christmas I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity. In this video a girl portraying Kristen Stewart explains the story of Christmas because Kristen Stewart had a magical baby in Breaking Dawn and so did Mary in the story of Jesus Christ.

The Vampire Intervention

I’m a Twilight fan, but long before the dawn of sparkling vampires I was a fan of a long lineage of vampires ranging from Sesame Street’s The Count to classic monsters like Bela Lugosi’s Dracula or the classic silent film Nosferatu. So when I came across this video on The Art of Darkness, I was more than a little amused.

The Vampire Intervention is a poem acted out by a guy calling himself “The Unwashed Mass”, which finds Edward Cullen confronted by a long line of vampires ranging from Nosferatu, Dracula, The Count, Angel, and a number of other classic vampires. If you’re a die hard fan of Twilight that doesn’t have a sense of humor you probably won’t appreciate this as much since Edward does take a bit of a lashing for his ways, but if you are an overall vampire fan and enjoy a chuckle on behalf of Twilight definitely watch the video below.

The Muppets vs Breaking Dawn

In yet another attempt to cash in on the Twilight craze, The Muppets have spoofed the latest Twilight film yet again. We first mentioned their homage to The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 with their parody Breaking Prawn, and now just in time for their November 23 release date the Muppets are at it again. This time with three new Breaking Dawn parody movie posters. The three posters feature Kermit as Vamphibian, Rowlf as Wererowlf and Miss Piggy as Bella Swine.

Final Muppets Parody Trailer Pokes Fun at Breaking Dawn

All summer the Muppets have been parodying various movie trailers in anticipation of their upcoming movie. However the final trailer takes a punch at a number of movies coming out in the coming weeks, including The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1. The new parody features Pepe the Prawn in a parody titled “Breaking Prawn” though it’s short, it’s amusing to see the Muppets poke fun at such a huge phenomenon.

Gratuitous Twilight Finding

You know what I love about Twilight? Seriously, it comes up everywhere. So, I was reading a blog that has nothing to do with Twilight (I know right? Shocking. I have other interests!) and I came across a post with an Ebay link.

Low and behold, there was a Jacob doll staring back at me. The description killed me, but that shouldn’t have come as a surprise. The author of the blog is hilarious.

How Robert Pattinson Could Make One Girls Dreams Come True By Following the Lead of True Blood

Let’s face it, a Robert Pattinson strip tease is enough to make any girl get a little weak in the knees, but if Robert Pattinson were to go to the lengths Stephen Moyer of True Blood did for charity, he would probably turn her into nothing more than a puddle.

In a recent effort to raise money for charity, True Blood star Stephen Moyer decided to auction off what’s being called, “The Sock of Destiny”. To put it more bluntly Moyer is auctioning off his “cock sock” that’s used to cover up his man unit during the filming of sex scenes.

This generous, yet outrageous act raised $1,650.00 for Gulf Aid via an eBay auction, and it got me wondering what sort of money Robert Pattinson would get if he did the same thing. With Melissa Rosenberg confirming that sex is being written into the script, one would only assume that Rob himself would wear a similar garment during the intense love scenes between him and Kristen Stewart. I would imagine that Rob Pattinson, having what I would perceive as a much more widespread audience, would raise significantly more money for the same item.

What do you think a Robert Pattinson “Sock of Destiny” would go for? And which one of you ladies out there is going to go start up a petition to have Rob auction it off if he indeed wears one?

It’s pretty clear in our title that in addition to the “more” we pride ourselves in Twilight news oddities and pieces that are a bit off the beaten path. Well if a cat fashion show isn’t weird enough as it is, how about a cat fashion show featuring an Edward Cullen cat?

The New York Cat Fashion show took place August 11th at the Algonquin Hotel and among the models was a cat sporting Edward Cullens threads, hair, and the Cullen crest. Needless to say if Mr. Bigglesworth and Robert Pattinson had babies it would look a little something like this guy…

Twilight Goes Country: New Colt Ford Video Twilight Parody

Here’s something Jasper, or any other good ol’ Texas boy can get behind. Country music and Twilight. Stumbled across the music video for Colt Ford’s Chicken & Biscuits thanks to an ad on Facebook. (And people hate ad targeting).

The video parodies some of the more popular scenes from the Twilight and New Moon movies and even merges a few of them. My favorite is probably Jacob and Bella fixing the chicken fryer instead of a bike . I’m a sucker for country and for Twilight so this pairing was amusing as hell. While catching up on some e-mail (long overdue, sorry to those of you who we didn’t respond to), I came across an amusing post over at White Lies & Black Truths that shows a number of funny suggested queries that are returned in Google when you begin typing in a search.

For those of you unaware, the suggested queries that come up in Google when you search are generated based on the popularity of actual searches made in Google, which is what makes some of these so amusing. Some of my favorites include; Can Edward Cullen get an erection, Does Edward Cullen pee, Is Robert Pattinson bad for your daughter, Is Kristen Stewart Jewish, and of course Where Is Edward Cullen..

The Return of the Where Is Edward Cullen Videos

You might recall in late 2009 and early 2010 when Where Is Edward Cullen posted it’s first series of YouTube videos. The first,created by one of the original Where Is Edward Cullen founders, Audrey, was a parody of the extremely popular and extremely viral Hitler rant videos. Titled, Hitler Loves Twilight, Hates Team Jacob Shirts, the video received over 7,000 views on YouTube. Sadly after the crackdown on the thousands of parodies by YouTube the video was removed. We have decided for now to provide the video here on Where Is Edward Cullen in hopes of bringing some new fans and new attention to the video.

The other two videos created for the site were music videos with a mashup of clips from New Moon set to the song Lost and Found by Senses Fail. The concept of the video was developed long before New Moon had even been released, and shortly after the films release I was able to make the concept a reality. I followed the video up a few short days later with an alternate version for Team Jacob fans, but sadly the videos were short lived due to Summit Entertainment stepping in and removing the videos from YouTube.

Because I am extremely proud of the videos and I think they pay some amazing homage to the New Moon film, I have opted to post the videos here on Where Is Edward Cullen again for your viewing pleasure. The imagery in these videos is the intellectual property of Summit Entertainment and myself, nor Where Is Edward Cullen own this footage. This was put together simply to show an appreciation for both the art of music and the art of the Twilight Saga series and how when put together they can be even more amazing.
