Stand Up To Cancer is a new initiative created to accelerate groundbreaking cancer research that will get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives. SU2C utilizes celebrities to help raise awareness and gain public support for its cause.

In addition to Fanning, former vampire David Boreanaz will be on hand as well as former Buffy the Vampire Slayer sidekick Alyson Hannigan.

Edward Cullen

I feel for Nessie, I really do. Can you imagine having to go to high school with your super hot, mind-reading dad? Can you imagine having a mind-reading dad in the first place? It’s a good thing that girl has everyone wrapped around her little finger because she won’t be able to get away with ANYTHING. Plus, when she’s older, she’ll have to deal with everyone in town thinking not only are her uncles and her grandfather super hot, but her father is a Greek God.

Let’s not even talk about poor Edward in High School having to hear the thoughts about not only his wife but his daughter. Poor boy. I think it’s best if the Cullens send Nessie to a separate High School than her parents. Good lord.

Real Life Fathers: Rob Pattinson – Rob said in an interview with MTV once, during filming for Twilight, that the perfect woman would have to understand that he doesn’t want kids. He doesn’t like them. Kind of hope he was kidding, Rob as a father would probably be awesome to see.

Carlisle Cullen

The soul of the Cullen family, each of the Cullen “children” look to their father figure for guidance. It’s not difficult to admire Carlisle. He is everything a good father should be – loving, compassionate; a rock all the Cullens have leaned on at times.

Though not a biological father, it is beautiful how he chose a son to end his lonely existence and how he then built his family through the bonds of love even though vampires are more frequently close to animals.

Real Life Fathers: Peter Facinelli – Peter makes no secret of how much he adores his girls. He mentioned in an interview recently that he doesn’t go to many of the Twilight centric events because he’d rather be home with his family.

As a father already, his fictional children seem to gravitate towards him naturally. Peter often speaks about how they come to his house for pasta and/or a little poker.

As an added treat to his already hysterical Tweets, Peter often Tweets about his “kids say the darnedest things” moments, like any other proud papa. My favorite lately was when he tweeted that his two-year old daughter had told a friend that he was Dr. Colon from Toilet (Dr. Cullen from Twilight).

Charlie Swan

Poor Charlie. He tries so hard to be a good dad. It can’t be easy suddenly inheriting your 17 year old daughter. He might have thought he got off easy since Bella’s not one of those drama, super angsty teens, but then she had to go fall head over heels in love with a vampire. From cocking his rifle threateningly (and quite hilariously) at Bella’s beau to awkward sex talks, Charlie never shirks his fatherly duty. I’m glad that in the end Bella got to keep her relationship with her father so he gets the chance to be a doting grandpa.

Real Life Fathers: Billy Burke - Billy became a father for the first time during Twilight’s filming.

Billy Black

So your son has some anger issues. Well, that’s typical for any teenager. Say your son has some anger issues and when he gets angry he fursplodes into a gigantic wolf. Little harder. You feel for Billy throughout the whole series. First, worrying for Bella takes on a parental duty since Charlie isn’t in the know about what the Cullens really are. Then knowing his son’s fate and being unable to tell him and unable to protect him from it. Then watching his son go through heartbreak – something not easy for any parent, but with the added knowledge that Jake is not only battling for Bella’s heart, but her humanity as well.

Plus who do you think has to pay for all the clothes Jacob shreds? I mean, werewolf alpha is not as well a paying job as you might expect. AND Billy gets Paul for a son-in-law (oh, joy) AND he loses Sue to Charlie. Pshaw.

Real Life Fathers: Gil Birmingham – From what I can tell, Gil doesn’t seem to have any children but if you are a fan of Gil’s Twitter, he often tweets about his fictional son. It can be quite funny and sweet.

Carlisle’s Study

The Study is the main portal to all things Carlisle and various items in the room will take you to other subsections of Carlisle’s Study.  In the image below you will see I have numbered each of the clickable sections of the room and below the image you will find a description as to what each item will bring you.

1. Laptop – Directs you to two Twilight themed Myspace layouts which you can use for your Myspace page.
2. Photo of Esme and Carlisle – This directs you to Peter Facinelli’s photos page.
3. Carlisle’s Cell Phone – The cell phone brings you in closer to the desk where you can view Carlisle’s hospital ID and a book about Carlisle Cullen.
4. Globe – The globe provides us with a timeline of events spanning the life of Carlisle Cullen from birth til the time Alice and Jasper join the Cullen’s in Forks.
5. The Cullen Crest – This crest will take you to a close up view of the crest as well as a document that explains the imagery that make up the crest.  Once close up clicking the crest will return you to Carlisle’s Study.
6. The Old Man – The image of the old man to the lower left of the large portrait in the middle of the room will direct you to the Cullen family tree.
7. The Door – This will return you to what appears to be the start of a Peter Facinelli fanpage that was due to launch on the 1st, however I am thinking this is perhaps just a bad link that was supposed to link back to Peter Facinelli’s main website.

Carlisle’s Desk

1. Carlisle’s Hospital ID – This will take you to Peter Facinelli’s Meebo chatroom.
2. Carlisle’s Book – This 8 page book tells facts about Carlisle and a brief history and biography of this compassionate vampire father figure.
3. Carlisle’s Cell Phone – Carlisle’s cell phone will take you back to Carlisle’s Study.

The Globe, The Cullen Crest and The Old Man

Though each of these locations in Carlisle’s study do not open the door to any additional areas they each hold some interesting imagery and information.  Below are screen captures of each area in the study, but you’ll have to visit Carlisle’s Study to see the finer details:

Of course, as I was listening to the Twilight commentary ROB commented about how it was difficult to get a good angle on the kiss scene because of his flat face. I immediately thought, oh great Rob, thanks a lot. It’ll be hard to refute my brother’s claim that you got hit in the face with a shovel when the owner of the face is agreeing with him. This thought was followed by, wait – RJ (my brother) would actually have to HEAR this commentary, mwa ha! RJ hated Twilight, it’s not going to happen.

Scanning through the utter plethora of Rob photos coming out of Cannes, I came across this one. Flat face my ass. Rob doesn’t have a shovel face, he has a I-Need-A-Shovel-To-Catch-All-This-Drool Face. This photo, by the way, is the definition of my new favorite word – fuckhot.
