Kevin Smith – Twilight “The Anti-Nookie Book”

I always loves when Kevin Smith has something to say about Twilight. As a geek God who has both seen the films and has a daughter that loves the series, it always amuses me to hear what he has to say about the Twilight Universe and it’s unconventional approach to vampires. You may recall that last year at ComicCon, Kevin Smith shared his thoughts on Twilight and also made a number of amusing tweets about the event.

This past Thursday he was at it again, this time while he sat in for the Showbiz Beat on the Kevin & Bean morning show.  During his report he touched base on how the ALA is reporting that they are receiving a lot of formal complaints about the Twilight Saga books because of the sexuality that is portrayed, making it one of the top challenged book series of 2009.  Smith on the other hand argues that Twilight is “the anti-nookie book” in this hilarious rant about the lack of sexuality in Twilight.
