RPatz Calls Courtney Love A Dick

In a recent article from SPIN magazine, about a recent interview on the Daily Mirror (god it’s like a train of articles on other articles) it was revealed the Robert Pattinson had some choice words for Courtney Love following rumors from earlier this year that he may be cast as Kurt Cobain in an upcoming biopic.

In the interview Pattinson was asked, “Is it true you’re going to play Kurt Cobain in the Nirvana movie?”  He responded in the interview by saying that he was a big fan of the band and would be “embarrassed” to play Cobain on the big screen.  Pattinson followed up the question with his opinion on the public bashing by Courtney Love about the rumors.

“And you see all these comments, like from Courtney Love, saying ‘What the fuck! He’s totally wrong for it,’” Pattinson said. “And I’m like, ‘I fucking said no, you dick!’ I didn’t get offered it. For one thing, I’m too tall, and I can’t sing like him, I’m nothing like him! It’s ridiculous.”

When I heard the rumors in April I too thought it was ridiculous.  Pattinson is a talent, but he’s no Cobain.
