Dakota Fanning ‘Stands Up To Cancer’

Dakota Fanning will be among the various musicians, actors, and athletes participating in the September 10 live telethon for , Stand Up To Cancer.    The show will air at 8PM ET/PT and will be aired on ABC, CBS, NBC, Discovery Health, HBO, E!, the MLB Networks and The Style Network.

Stand Up To Cancer is a new initiative created to accelerate groundbreaking cancer research that will get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives. SU2C utilizes celebrities to help raise awareness and gain public support for its cause.

In addition to Fanning, former vampire David Boreanaz will be on hand as well as former Buffy the Vampire Slayer sidekick Alyson Hannigan.
